Allow Department Managers to request for new employee recruitment

This module allows Department Managers to submit requests for new employee recruitment. Once approved, the requests will be transferred to HR Department for the recruitment process.

On the app view:

The department manager creates a recruitment request for the department's positions and then submits it to the manager for approval.

Track the recruitment process:

Allows the recruitment managers and the request creator to track the recruitment progress:

Installation

  1. Navigate to Apps.
  2. Search with keyword viin_hr_recruitment_approval.
  3. Press Install.

How to use

Configuration

Access rights

Navigate to Settings > Users & Companies Users to grant the Approval access right to users.

Set up the Approval levels

Navigate to Approval > Configuration > Approval Request Types, here, the system will auto-generate the Recruitment Approval type.

Select this type and press Edit to set up the approval levels before starting the Recruitment approval process.

Create a recruitment approval request

When a department wants to recruit a member for a position, the user will navigate to Recruitment > Recruitment Approvals > Approval Request and create a Recruitment approval request.

Press Save to save the information. After checking the information, press Submit to change the request stage to To Approve.

Approve the Recruitment approval request

The approver will now approve or Refuse the request.

Track the recruitment process

After the recruitment request is approved, the HR department will proceed with the recruitment process of the ERP Viindoo system to recruit the employee. The system will au-update:

  • The Applicant applying for this position:
Applied applicant
  • Recruited Employees and the recruited rate compare to the needs:
Recruited employee
