Description
Detailed and visualized sales reports will provide instant capture of sales performance, thereby supporting analyzing and building successful sales strategies to increase profits. In order to improve the quality of sales reports, Viindoo has built the module Sales Reports with more convenient features for administrators and businesses.
Key Features
- Provide more meaningful metrics and criteria for the analysis of sales reports in Reporting/Sales view.
- Measures Days To Confirm: Support analysis and measurement of order closing productivity by calculating the number of days from order creation to order confirmation.
- Group By Invoicing Status: Support tracking and analyzing the invoicing status of sales orders.
- Fully invoiced: All sales orders have been invoiced.
- To invoice: The sales order has not yet been issued a full invoice.
- Upselling opportunity: The actual delivered quantity is more than the invoiced sales order quantity.
- Nothing to invoice: Remaining cases.
- Add the Reporting/Dashboard for multiple reports displayed on the same view of the Sales app.
- Provide an overview of sales activities with 4 types of customizable reports which are displayed on one view.
- Graph reports: column graph, line graph, pie graph;

How to use this module

Required concepts
A few concepts you need to know when using this module:
- Days to confirm: Auto-calculated by the system with the formula Days to confirm = Confirm date - Creation date.
- Creation date: The day that the order is created in the system, this is different from the Quotation date.
- Invoicing status:
- Fully invoiced: All the products in this sale order have been invoiced (invoiced quantity = quantity on the sale order).
- To invoice: A sale order that has any product with the invoiced quantity < the quantity on the sale order.
- Upselling Opportunity: A sale order with the Delivered quantity > the quantity on the sale order = Invoiced quantity. This means the upselling quantity hasn't been invoiced yet.
- Nothing to invoice: The remaining cases.
- Cohort report: Is used to analyze the behaviors of the groups that have the same features in their processes, thereby comparing these groups to find differences and prominent trends.
How to use
1. Adding more measurements and criteria for the reports
Navigate to Sales > Reporting > Sales:
- At the Measures will add the Days to confirmed criteria to help analysis, evaluation and measurement of closing time by salesperson, by product, etc.
- Add more criteria about Invoicing Status to analyze the invoice status of the sale order:
2. Add the Reporting/Dashboard report
Navigate to Sales > Reporting > Dashboard, you can view 4 types of reports on the same interface for visual analysis to come up with an effective sales strategy in here, including:
- Graph reports,
- Pivot reports,
- Cohort reports,
- Quick reports with chosen criteria
3. Add the Has Discount/No Discount on the Quotation/Sales order view
In some cases you will need to filter/group the sales orders that apply or don't apply discounts to help you analyze, you should use the Has discount/No discount filter:
