Manufacturing & Demand Forecast

This module offers insights into manufacturing, purchasing, demand forecasting, and sales order progress through work orders and work centers.

How It's Work ?

@ Forecast & Demand Calculation

  • First, configure the product routes.
  • If the product is of type "Manufacture," configure the product's work orders, work centers, and their capacities.
  • Once the manufacturing order is completed, the progress bar for that product will show 100%.
  • If the product is of type "Buy," and the purchase order is confirmed and the receipt is completed, the progress bar for that product will show 100%.
  • After all product processes are completed, the progress of the sale order will show 100%.
