All-in-One Payment Fee is an app that allows businesses to configure, manage, and apply payment fees individually for each payment method across Website, Sales Orders, Invoices, and Point of Sale (POS). Each payment provider operates with its own independent conditions, giving full control over when and how payment fees are applied. Payment fees are calculated automatically and added in real time when a customer selects a configured payment method, ensuring transparent pricing for customers and accurate, consistent accounting throughout the entire sales process.

Payment Method Wise Fee Configuration:
- Each payment provider (DEMO, Wire Transfer, Cash on Delivery, etc.) has independent settings to define when and how payment fees are applied.
Flexible Fee Types:
- Configure payment fees as a fixed amount or percentage based on business requirements.
Conditional Fee Rules:
- Apply fees based on customer, country, website, product, order amount (tax-excluded), and defined time period using calendar rules.
Website Checkout Integration:
- Automatically applies configured payment fees during website checkout when customers select the payment method.
Sales Order & Payment Link Support:
- Payment fees are applied to quotations and recalculated when generating payment links for customer payments.
Invoice Payment Fee Application:
- Payment fees apply automatically when customers pay invoices using generated payment links.
Point of Sale (POS) Integration:
- Configured payment fees apply instantly in POS when the selected payment method is used during checkout.
Separate Fee Line Item:
- Payment fees appear as a separate line item and are carried forward through Sales, Invoice, and POS for clarity and accuracy.
All in one Payment Fee Workflow
- Go to Configuration -> Payment Providers
- Select a payment provider and enable Payment Fee
- Configure conditions such as fee type, customer, country, product, amount, and validity period
- Add products and proceed to payment
- Select the configured payment method
- The payment fee is applied automatically
- Total amount updates in real time
- Create a quotation by selecting the customer and adding products
- Conditions apply to the tax-excluded amount
- Save the quotation and generate a payment link
- Share the link with the customer
- Customer completes the payment using the configured method
- Create an invoice and generate a payment link
- Share the link with the customer

General
All-in-One Payment Fee App
This screen shows the All-in-One Payment Fee app managing fees across Website, Sales, Invoices, and POS.
Website -> Configuration -> Payment Provider
From this screen, you can select any payment provider to configure conditions and proceed with further setup.
Payment Fee Configuration
Enable or disable payment fees, set conditions, select the fee type, customer, amount, country, and define the validity period.
Website -> Checkout with Payment Fee
Add a product to the cart, proceed to checkout, and the configured payment provider conditions are applied automatically.
Website -> Payment Method Selection
Select the payment method to apply the configured fee, which updates the total amount automatically.
Payment Fee - Website & Product Settings
Select the website and product for the payment fee, and define the minimum order amount
Sales Quotation & Payment Link
Select the customer, add the required products to the quotation, save it to confirm the details, and click Generate Payment Link to allow the customer to pay using the selected payment method.
Payment Link Execution
Copy the generated payment link and open it in a new tab to complete the payment process.
Payment Provider Selection
The payment provider is displayed automatically based on the configured payment fee conditions.
Invoice Payment via Payment Link
During invoice creation, click Generate Payment Link to offer a payment option. Copy the link and open it in a new tab to complete the payment.
POS Payment Method Configuration
Open the Point of Sale module, go to the configuration settings, and configure or select the appropriate payment method for POS transactions.
Payment Fee Setup for POS
Create a new payment method, enable the Payment Fee option, and configure the required conditions as needed.
POS Order Processing
This screen allows you to select the customer, add products to the order, and apply the configured payment method conditions during checkout.
POS Payment Provider Selection
Select the configured payment provider and proceed to complete the payment accordingly.
Automatic Payment Fee Calculation
After selecting the payment provider, the total amount is automatically updated based on the configured payment fee condition.
