HR Employee Leave Restriction Steps to Configure
- Click on Time Off.
- Time off -> Configuration -> Mandatory Days.
- Press the new button to add mandatory days.
- Go to My Time and then the dashboard to show the mandatory days list for visibility.
- My Time -> My Time Off, select the required dates, and then proceed by clicking the approve button.
- Go to My Time -> Dashboard, Select dates in the time off request popup using the dashboard calendar.

Configure Mandatory Days
Navigate to Time Off, then Configuration, and select Mandatory Days to access the list of required days. This allows for effective management of mandatory leave policies.


Create Mandatory Days
Click the new button to input new mandatory leave days. This action will help display the complete list of currently available mandatory days.
Mandatory Days Pop-up on Calendar View
Displaying mandatory days in the calendar view, the pop-up offers quick access to the mandatory days list on the dashboard.


My Time Off Page
Go to My Time and select My Time Off to choose the specific leave date. HR can finalize the process by clicking the approve button.
Restrict To Apply Leave On Mandatory Days
After pressing the approve button, a validation error pop-up appears, indicating that leave is not permitted on these dates because of mandatory events. This alert helps maintain workforce availability during important periods.


Time Off Request Popup On Dashboard Calendar
Use the dashboard calendar to select the dates in the time off request pop-up. This simplifies the leave request process.
Validation Error
Once the save button is clicked, a validation pop-up appears stating that leave requests on these dates cannot be approved because of mandatory events. This reinforces the importance of maintaining workforce availability.
