User Access Control:

  • Admins can manage access rights for each branch, allowing specific users to operate within designated branches.

Multi-Branch Preference Settings:

Multiple Branch Manufacturing Unit Workflow

  • Navigate to Settings > Users & Companies > Branch, then click on Branch to create and add new branches.
  • Go to settings ->Users, choose a user, provide admin access to the branch, then go to the Preferences tab to select allowable branches and specify the branch name.
  • Go to Manufacturing > Products > Bill of Materials, click Bill of Materials, and create a new bill.
  • Go to Manufacturing, create a new manufacturing order, and admins can assign branch information for clear visibility on production responsibilities.
  • Click the settings icon, choose 'Print,' and select 'Production Order' to download the PDF.

Branch

Select Branch under Users & Companies in Settings to create and add new branches.

Create Branch

Enter the branch location name and choose the company.

Users Page

Access Settings > Users, select the user, and assign admin rights to the branch.

Branch Preferences

The admin chooses allowable branches from the preferences list and specifies the required branch name for manufacturing.

Create a Bill Of Materials

Click on Bill of Materials under Manufacturing > Products to create a new bill of materials.

Bill Of Materials

The bill of materials defaults to the logged-in user's branch, with an option for managers to specify a different one.

Manufacturing Orders

The branch for manufacturing orders is set according to the selected bill of materials products.

Work Orders

The branch for work orders is set based on the linked manufacturing orders.

Work Orders section

View the branch in the work order section; click the settings icon, select 'Print,' and choose 'Production Order' for the PDF download.

PDF Report

Branch details are also shown in the manufacturing order report.
