Multi Warehouse Order
Multi Warehouse Order is a multi-warehouse management module for Odoo that allows users to assign different warehouses to different products within the same Sales Order, Website Order, and POS Order. If a product is not available in one warehouse, another warehouse can be selected without canceling or manually splitting the order. The module enhances Odoo Inventory by adding a dedicated Multi Warehouse configuration section within the inventory settings. From this configuration area, administrators can enable multi-warehouse processing for Sales and Website orders and activate warehouse selection in POS at the time of product addition. This enables a single order to be fulfilled from multiple warehouses with structured stock allocation and clear delivery management across locations.

General
Multi Warehouse Settings Activation
The Multi Warehouse option is enabled from the Inventory settings. This configuration allows users to view and select a warehouse for each product during POS product selection. It also enables processing a single order using multiple warehouses when stock is not available in one warehouse, ensuring flexible and uninterrupted order fulfillment.
Website Order with Multiple Products
A customer places a website order containing two different products in a single cart. This order will later allow warehouse allocation per product from the backend Sales Order.
Sales Order with Per-Product Warehouse Selection
A Warehouse field is available on each Sales Order line, allowing users to assign a different warehouse to each product. This enables multi-warehouse fulfillment within a single Sales Order.
Delivery Smart Button (Sales Order)
The Delivery smart button shows all delivery orders created from different warehouses for the same Sales Order, providing clear visibility of multi-warehouse shipments.
Warehouse Selection During Sales Order Creation
While creating a Sales Order, users can select a different warehouse for each product line. This allows a single order to be processed and fulfilled from multiple warehouses based on stock availability.
POS Order with Multiple Warehouse Selection
While creating a POS Order, the warehouse is selected at the time of adding each product. Different products within the same POS order can be assigned to different warehouses. In this example, two different warehouses are selected for two products within a single order.
