Openpay Payment Acquirer Workflow
- Go to Website -> Configuration -> Payment Providers. Select the Openpay payment app.
- Enter the required credentials, including Merchant ID, Secret Key, and Public Key.
- Navigate to Invoicing -> Configuration -> Currencies to activate the supported currencies in the list.
- Navigate Website -> eCommerce -> Pricelists, admin can choose and adjust the supported currency.
- Customers select Openpay as their payment option during the checkout process.
- Navigate to Website -> Configuration -> Payment transactions.
- Payment transaction details are available for merchants in the Openpay dashboard.

General
Payment Providers
First, navigate to the website and select Configuration to configure payment options for online transactions. Next, click on payment providers to access the available payment methods. Finally, select the openpay payment provider.
Enter The Credentials
Select the open pay payment provider to enable open pay to process transactions. After enabling open pay payment, enter the required credentials, Merchant ID, Secret Key, and Public Key, on the payment providers page.
Enable Payment Method
To proceed with online transactions, you must enable the open pay payment option in the payment method settings. This option allows customers to make open pay payments during the checkout process.
Configuration Tab in Payment Provider Page
Navigate to the configuration tab to set up payment options. The Openpay payment app name should be visible in the payment form section.
Currencies Option
Visit Invoicing -> Configuration and click on Currencies to display the entire list of currencies.
Currencies List
The admin is required to activate supportive currencies for processing online payments.
Change Currency
The admin can adjust and choose the currency.
Select Payment Method
After selecting the products during the checkout process, Customers can choose the Openpay payment option when using MXN currency.
Openpay Card Details
After selecting the payment option, input the card details, including the cardholder name, card number, expiration date, and CVC code as required.
Payment Information
Payment is successful for the MXN currency.
Payment Transaction History
Navigate to Website -> Configuration -> Payment Transactions to view the Openpay payment transaction history. The admin can easily access and review the complete list of transactions.
Transaction Details
Display the transaction details for Openpay in the backend for easy access.
Openpay Dashboard
Open the Openpay dashboard for merchants to access complete details of payment transactions. This enables easy monitoring and management of transaction records.
Unsupported Currency
The customer selected an unsupported currency for the Openpay payment option.
Currency Not Supported Popup
A message popup appears when a payment attempt is made with unsupported currencies. This notification alerts customers to select a valid currency for successful processing.
Message Indicates
This message indicates that the details section must not be empty.
Display Messages
The messages provide clear guidance to customers for accurately entering their card details. This simplifies the payment process and minimizes entry errors.
