Saferpay Payment Provider with Refund Workflow

  • Go to Website -> Configuration -> Payment Providers.
  • Select the Saferpay Payment Provider.
  • Enter Username, password, customer ID, and Terminal ID in the configurations.
  • Save the record.
  • Saferpay Payment acquirer should now be available on the Odoo website checkout.

Website Homepage

Go to the Website section and select Configuration from the menu, click on Payment Providers to manage your payment options.

Payment Providers

On the Payment Providers page, select the Saferpay payment provider to enable it for transaction processing.

Enter The Credentials

Select the Saferpay payment provider to enable it for processing transactions. Once Saferpay is enabled, enter the required credentials, including the Username, Password, Customer ID, and Terminal ID.

Enable Payment Method

Access the configuration tab and admin click on "Enable Payment Methods". After enabling this feature, the name of the selected payment method will be displayed in the payment form section. This allows users to see and utilize the available payment options during transactions.

Saferpay From Payment Method

To proceed with online transactions, you need to enable the tap payment option in the payment method settings. This allows customers to make safer pay payments during the checkout process.

Saferpay Payment Option

After selecting the products during the checkout process, proceed to the payment section, and select the saferpay payment method for processing your online transaction.

Saferpay Card Details

Once you select the payment option, enter the card details, including the cardholder's name. Provide the card number, expiration date, and CVC code as required. Verify that all information is accurate before proceeding to finalize the payment.

Payment Information

The payment confirmation is displayed successfully, indicating that the transaction has been processed. This message assures users that their payment was completed without errors.

Payment Transaction History

Access the configuration settings and select payment transactions to view the payment transaction history. This section will display all transaction records along with their current status for easy monitoring.

Transaction Details

View the complete payment transaction details, which include the saferpay transaction ID, saferpay transaction currency, and saferpay transaction status. This information provides a clear overview of the transaction for better tracking.

Merchants can access transaction details in the Saferpay dashboard, providing a clear view of all processed transactions.

Customers Payment List

Navigate to Invoicing and select Customers, then choose Payments. Choose any one payment in the list to view the payment details.

Saferpay Refund Process

On the customer payment page, you can view details of the order processed using the Thawani payment option. To initiate a refund, click the refund button corresponding to the amount you wish to refund.

Refund Amount

After clicking the refund button, a popup will display details including the safer pay transaction ID, and maximum refund amount. Enter the refund amount. Providing this information is important for processing the refund accurately.

Refund Payment Transaction History

Show the refund payment transaction history along with their statuses on the payment transaction page. This information allows for efficient tracking of all refund transactions processed.

Refund Transaction Details

Display the complete details of the refund transaction, including the refund amount. In the safer pay refund details section, provide the safer pay refund ID, refund currency, and refund status.

Merchants can view refund transactions in the Saferpay dashboard for effective tracking and management.
