Paystack Payment Gateway with Refund
The Paystack Payment Gateway with Refund app integrates Paystack's secure online payment system into your Odoo store.
It supports multiple currencies and countries, making it ideal for businesses operating globally.
Customers can easily pay for products using Paystack's smooth checkout process. Admins can set up the
Paystack provider by entering credentials such as the secret key and enabling the payment method from
the backend. When customers select products and choose Paystack as their payment option, they are redirected
to Paystack's secure page, where they can choose from three payment options and complete the transaction by
clicking "Pay NGN". Once successful, the payment confirmation appears on the frontend. Admins can view detailed
payment and refund transactions on the backend, while merchants can view real-time transaction details on the
Paystack dashboard. This app simplifies online payments and refunds, helping your business operate smoothly and securely.

Secure Payment Process:
- Customers are redirected to Paystack's secure page. On this page, they see three options to complete their payment, making the process flexible and user-friendly.
Dashboard & Records:
- Merchants can access detailed transaction information directly on the Paystack dashboard, providing transparency and easy reconciliation.
Easy backend setup:
- Admins can select Paystack as the payment provider, insert secure credentials, and enable or disable the payment method effortlessly.
Refund management:
- Easily process refunds through the admin, process refunds easily by selecting the transaction and entering the refund amounts.
Multi-currency and country support:
- Accept payments in various currencies from multiple countries, catering to a global customer base.
Real-time transaction tracking:
- Admins can view comprehensive sale and refund payment history and details directly from the backend.
Paystack Payment Gateway with Refund Workflow
- The admin navigates to Website > Configuration > Payment Provider and selects Paystack.
- The admin enters required credentials, such as the Secret key, and then publishes the setup.
- The customer adds products to the cart, proceeds to the checkout at the frontend. The customer is redirected to the payment page, and they select the Paystack payment method.
- The customer selects one option, then clicks the "Pay NGN" button to complete the transaction on Paystack's secure page.
- Admin navigates to Website > Configuration > Payment Transactions to view the complete transaction history.
- Admin finds the relevant transaction via the backend, clicks on the Payment ID to view details.
- On the payment detail page, the admin clicks the Refund button. Open the refund wizard, product amount pre-fill, and the admin can also input the preferred refund amount. Admin clicks Refund. The refund transaction is processed through Paystack.
- Admin can view the complete payment and refund history in the backend.
- The merchant views all payment and refund transaction details on the Paystack dashboard for reconciliation and management.

Paystack Payment Providers
On the Payment Providers page, select the Paystack payment provider to enable it for transaction processing.
Enter The Credentials
Select the Paystack payment provider to enable it for processing transactions. Once Paystack is enabled, enter the required credentials.
Paystack as a Payment Method
To proceed with online transactions, you need to enable the Patystack payment option in the payment method settings. This allows customers to make Paystack payments during the checkout process.

After selecting the products during the checkout process, proceed to the payment section, and select the Paystack payment method for processing your online transaction.
Paystack Secure Page
After clicking "Pay Now," customers are redirected to Paystack's secure page. They select a payment option and click "Pay NGN" to finish the transaction.
Payment Information
The payment confirmation is displayed successfully, indicating that the transaction has been processed.
Paystack Transaction Details and Payment ID
View the complete payment transaction details, which include the Paystack transaction ID, Paystack transaction currency, and Paystack transaction status. Also, click on the payment ID to view payment details and initiate a refund.
Paystack Refund Process
On the payment page, you can view details of the order process using the Paystack payment option. To initiate a refund, click the refund button corresponding to the amount you wish to refund.
Refund Wizard
To issue a refund, open the Paystack refund wizard: payment ID and product amount are pre-filled, and the admin can enter the refund amount based on their preference.
Refund Transaction Details
Display the complete details of the refund transaction, including the refund amount. In the Paystack refund details section, provide the Paystack transaction ID, Paystack transaction currency, and Paystack transaction status.
Payment Transaction History List
Admins can review all payment transactions and their details from the backend.
Payment Transaction Data
The merchant can review transaction information and history on the Paystack dashboard.
Refund Transaction Data
The merchant can review refund transaction data and history on the Paystack dashboard.
