This module provides one more way to your website Users to communicate with you using Viber Chat

Work Flow: How The Website Viber Chat
Prerequisite:
  • Have Viber account.
  • Viber app installed in the device.
Set Company Viber Number:
  • Open your company and set Viber Number, then Website users can communicate with you
Website Viber Chat Icon:
  • Click the icon to trigger the viber chat app and start chatting
Viber Chat Open
Chat with Customers:
  • Set Viber Numbers for customers
  • You can directly chat with the customer that has Viber Number by clicking the "Chat" link
