when using META (Facebook)

  • You won't be able to have WhatsApp on your phone or open WhatsApp Web.
  • You need to create an APP in META, which is complicated and can cost you $100.
  • You have to maintain a template system in META and synchronize it with Odoo (more complications).
    They can charge you $20 for each template.
  • You need to send a template to initiate a chat (extra cost).
  • You need to send a template to continue a chat after 24 hours (extra cost).

2) If your company is small and you are willing to invest time in learning on your own and adhering to strict rules.

1) If you use META, it will be secure; it's META's business. On the downside, if a number doesn't exist on WhatsApp it's challenging to know.
2) If you use apichat.io, it is recommended only to send to WhatsApp numbers with which you have conversed before.
Yes, it is possible, but it will likely be for not taking some minimum measures.
Recommendations:
1) It is very safe if you only respond to incoming messages, i.e., the customer writes to you first.
If there is already an incoming and outgoing message in a chat, you can resume that chat whenever you want; days or weeks can pass without a problem.
2) If you are going to create a new chat, make sure the number exists.
If you send many messages a day to numbers that do not exist, WhatsApp may block you.
3) If you are going to create a new chat, make sure to send a message that is welcomed by your customer.
If you are going to charge a debt, the customer may mark it as SPAM, and if you accumulate several SPAM messages in 1 day, WhatsApp may block you.
* If you have been using your new WhatsApp normally for a few days, you don't need to consider these tips.
1) If the customer writes to you first, and you're only going to respond, you can be very calm.
2) If you are going to write to a customer for the first time with your new number, WhatsApp expects you to do so to Contacts you have saved in your phone.
So, in first few days, start a chat only with customers you have saved in your phone.
3) If you didn't follow usage advices and WhatsApp has blocked you, follow steps in "What shall i do if WhatsApp blocks me?" section.
1) If WhatsApp has blocked you, you can request them to activate your account.
Don't mention that you use any application or apichat.io; just say that you are not doing marketing.
2) If you were doing marketing, it means you were not following the minimum recommendations.

al usar META (Facebook)

  • Ya no podrás tener Whatsapp en el celular o abrir Whatsapp Web.
  • Debes crear una APP en META, es complicado y te puede costar usd $100.

FAQ

1) Si tu empresa es grande o mediana y tienes los recursos para mantener un especialista en el tema.
2) Si tu empresa es pequeña y estás dispuesto a invertir tiempo en aprender por tu cuenta y mantener el órden que se requiere.
3) Si necesitas hacer Marketing a números de Whatsapp que no te han escrito antes.
4) Si tu Marketing será intensivo, sobre 2.000 mensajes al día.
1) Si usas META será seguro, es el negocio de META. En contra, si un número no existe en Whatsapp, es complicado saberlo.
2) Si usas apichat.io, solo se recomienda enviar a números de Whatsapp con los cuales ya conversaste en algún momento.
Si, es posible, pero seguramente será por no tomar algunas medidas mínimas.
Recomendaciones:
1) Es muy seguro si solo respondes a mensajes entrantes, es decir, el cliente te escribe la priemra vez.
Si ya existe mensaje de entrada y salida en un chat, puedes retomar ese chat cuando quieras, pueden pasar días o semanas sin problema.
2) Si vas a crear un nuevo chat, asegúrate que el número existe.
Si envías muchos mensajes al día a números que no existen, Whatsapp te puede bloquear.
3) Si vas a crear un nuevo chat, asegúrate de enviar un mensaje que sea bienvenido por tu cliente.
Si vas a estar cobrando una deuda es posible que el cliente de marque como SPAM y si juntas varios SPAM en 1 día es posible que Whatsapp te pueda bloquear.
* Si ya llevas unos días haciendo uso normal de tu nuevo Whatsapp, no es necesario que tomes en cuenta estos consejos.
1) Si el cliente te escribe primero y solo vas a responder, puedes estar muy tranquilo.
2) Si le vas a escribir a un cliente por primera vez con tu nuevo número, Whatsapp espera que lo hagas a Contactos que tienes guardados en tu celular.
Entonces, los primeros días, iniciar chat solo a clientes que tengas guardados en el celular.
3) Si no seguiste los consejos y Whatsapp te ha bloqueado, sigue los pasos del punto "Que hacer si Whatsapp me bloquea.".
1) Si Whatsapp te ha bloqueado, puedes solicitar que te active tu cuenta.
No digas que usas una aplicación o apichat.io, basta con que digas que no haces Marketing.
2) Si estabas haciendo Marketing, significa que no estabas siguiendo las recomendaciones mínimas.
En este caso es mejor que uses META (Facebook).
Puedes usar en forma paralela.
