Configurations
- In order to enable the logging feature, user must give access to export from configuration settings.
- Go to settings > Users & Companies > Users > Open User > Access to export feature
Workflow
- Export data from any module in XLSX format as it is easily available in the menu option as shown in the below image.
- Check the Export Log module to track entries.
- Export a specific set of records and compare the logged IDs.
Restrictions on Exporting Logs by Module:
- Restrict modules you need to for specific roles/users and check the export option. In the below image, we have restricted internal user to export contact and sales order details.
- As the export is restricted, user will not be able to find the âExportâ Action under the Actions menu.
