FEATURES
- Allows configure mail domains and mail servers company-wise
- Fetch all mails sent from an email to recipients whose alias is configured in odoo
- Fetched mails are used to create new records assigned to companies as set in domains
HOW IT WORKS
1. Configure Aliases and Domains

Go to the Settings > Technical > Alias Domains and create new domain.
You can set specific companies that will use this domain

Go to the Settings > Technical > Aliases and create new mail aliases and assign specific models to them.

2. Create Outgoing/Incoming Mail Servers

Go to the Settings > Technical > Outgoing Mail Servers and create new outgoing mail server.
You can set specific company that will use this server

Go to the Settings > Technical > Incoming Mail Servers and create new incoming mail server.
You can set specific company that will use this server
Set the same email as the outgoing server you use since we want this server to fetch all mails sent through that same email
- Test connection on all servers created to make sure they are connected successfully

3. Send and fetch mails

Send email to the configured aliases
The incoming server will check all unread mails sent from this email to the configured emails The server will check the recipient domains and organize the newly created records to their respective companies

After fetch, the alias corresponding the Contact model will create a contact record, while the mail that corresponds the Project model will create a project record
The field company is assigned to them if that field exists in the database for that model
