1. Create KPIs

  • Users can define measurable performance indicators with essential fields such as:
    • KPI Name
    • Target Value
    • Unit of Measurement
    • Start and End Dates
    • Responsible Person

2. Group KPIs into scorecards

  • Organize multiple KPIs under a single Scorecard, which can represent the performance evaluation of an employee, department, team, or project.
  • This helps in aggregating performance insights in a structured manner.

What is the KPI Management module?

A comprehensive performance management system for Odoo that enables organizations to create, track, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Balanced Scorecards.

How does the KPI hierarchy work?

Parent KPIs can have multiple child KPIs with automatic target and current value calculations based on child performance using configurable weights.

How does the assessment system work?

Each KPI can have multiple assessment levels (Bad, Average, Good, Completed) with customizable percentage ranges and colors. The system automatically evaluates progress against these thresholds and provides visual indicators to show performance status.

How are employees integrated into the system?

KPIs can be assigned to specific employees or made public across the organization. The system integrates with Odoo's HR system to link employee user accounts for access control.
