FEATURES
- Create checklist and assign checklist activities to users
- Save checklist templates for convenience
HOW IT WORKS

Create Checklist: Go to a task/subtask record and head to Checklist page

If you are assigned to the project or the task, you are allowed to create/edit the cheecklist of that task
You can also load template to create new checklist -
Fill in necessary information of the activity
You can create custom stages for your activity, but they will be placed next to Ongoing stage; you can switch sequence of these custom stages between themselves, including the default Ongoing stage

You can change the current stage of the activity using button (advance to next stage, return to previous, complete, cancel, or redo)
Your progress is calculated based on mandatory activities only
If your checklist progress reach 100%, your task can change to the next stage

Save as template: Save the current checklist as a template for future use
Show archived checklist: Reveal activities that has been archived
Keep incomplete checklist entries: Keep incomplete non-mandatory activities after the stage changes
Remove completed/cancelled checklist entries : After task advances to next stage, completed or cancelled activities are archived

If you are assigned to the project or the task, you are allowed to create/edit the cheecklist of that task

Manage Templates: Go to Project > Configuration > Checklist Templates and create new template
It can be used to conveniently load a new checklist for your tasks
Create Checklist: Go to a task/subtask record and head to Checklist page
