Generate barcodes for each asset to enable quick identification and tracking, and print labels for physical asset tagging. Access a detailed history of all asset transfers, providing a complete audit trail of asset movement within your organization. Furthermore, conveniently view all assets assigned to a specific employee or department directly from their respective records, offering a holistic view of asset distribution.

Here you can enter the barcode and serial number for the asset.
Use these buttons to print the label for the asset and transfer the asset to the employee or department.

To transfer the asset to the employee or department, you can click on the transfer button and select the employee or department from the list and select the transfer date then click on the transfer button.
The lastest assigned employee or department will be displayed in the asset form.
Here you can see the asset transfer history.
You can print asset label by pressing the print label button.
The label will be printed in the below format.

You can list all the assets transfer history from the asset transfer history menu.

The currently assigned assets to the employee can be viewed from the employee form.
The currently assigned assets to the department can be viewed from the department form.
