General Details for all transport type i.e air, ocean and land.

Easily book shipments on the website by providing comprehensive details like origin, destination, weight, and preferred loading date. Receive a unique booking ID for real-time tracking, enjoy secure online payments, instant confirmation, and reliable customer support for a smooth shipping experience.

The booking is created it can be converted into shipment from the backend and can see the approximate charges for your shipment on the website when added.

Customer can easily see the number of shipment details/booking number invoice and quotation from portal.

The tracking number is utilized to track the shipment's status and location throughout its journey. Customers can enter the tracking number on the website to access real-time updates and monitor the shipment's progress.

The booking can converted to shipment or cancelled if needed

If the booking is canceled it is necessary to add the reason for cancellation. Customers can request cancellations by providing their booking details from the website. Upon successful cancellation, a confirmation will be sent, and any applicable refunds will be processed accordingly.

Create quotations for customers and seller invoices based on the services provided by the Services. By efficiently managing these tasks, freight facilities optimize operations, ensuring smooth transactions and maintaining precise financial records.

- Shipment Stages

The specific description of the goods helps in complying with customs regulations and ensures proper handling and delivery.

Package Details is an integral part of the shipment booking process, where customers provide comprehensive information about the Packages to be shipped. This includes the number of Packages, their competences, weight, and any special packaging instructions. Accurate kit details facilitate efficient handling and ensure the safe and timely delivery of the shipment to its destination.

If the Package type is Container/Box it will be added as container you will be to add unit inside the container.

Path Details play a crucial role in the shipment booking process, where customers provide essential information about the planned route for the shipment. This includes the origin and destination points, transit stops if applicable, and preferred transportation modes (air, land, or ocean).

Shipment insurance provides essential protection for goods during transportation, mitigating financial losses from accidents, theft, and unforeseen events. It offers peace of mind and compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring a smooth and secure logistics process. You can add the insurance charges to the services.
