  • SET EMPLOYEE BIRTHDAYS

    • Hr can set the Birthday of Employee from here.

  • AUTOMATE EMAIL GENERATION

    • When Employee's Birthdate and Current date is match, the Emails are generated.

  • TEMPLATE FOR EMPLOYEE BIRTHDAY EMAIL

    • There is separate mail template "Birthday Wish"are send from the Company to the employee who has a birthday today.

  • TEMPLATE FOR OTHER EMPLOYEE EMAILS

    • There is separate mail template "Birthday Reminder" are send from the Company to other Employees of the company, apart from the Employee who has a Birthday today.

  • TEMPLATE FOR EMPLOYEE

    • Template of Another mail that is send from the Company to other Employees of the company, apart from the Employee who has a Birthday today.

  • CUSTOMIZE EMAIL TEMPLATES

    • There is option available for customize Birthday Wish and Birthday Reminder Email Template.
