Overview
The Material Purchase Requisitions app in Odoo facilitates the seamless management of material requisitions and requests within the procurement process. By streamlining the process of requesting materials for RFQ (Request for Quotation), purchase tenders, or production picking, this app helps businesses optimize their procurement workflows and ensure timely availability of necessary materials.
Features
Using this odoo apps Material Requisitions and Request can be done for RFQ-Request for Purchase Tender, or Picking for production.
Configuration
- Inside the Root menu we have added Requisition menu.
- Inside the users we have added group for requsition manager and requisition user.
- Inside the Employee we have added Purchase Requisition tab.
- Inside Purchase Requisition tab we have added two field which are required.
- One for source location and other for destination location.
- Once we create a new record for purchase requisition the default state will be new and confirm button will be shown inside the header.
- Once we click on confirm button the state will be change from new to waiting for department approval.
- Only the res user who have asign a group purchase requisition manager can show the approve button.
- Once the manager click on the approve button state will become an approve.
- Once we click on create picking or po button picking or purchase order will be automatically created according to the action we have added inside the order line.
- We have added selection inside the order line for purchase order or picking.
- Once state will be approve create picking and po button will be visible inside the header, but only those user can show this button who have a group assign purchase requisition user or manager.
