Installation Guide for Smart MFA Plugin

  1. Visit the CrossClassify Website: Begin by visiting the CrossClassify website and explore "See how it works".

  2. Provide Your Information: Enter your email address and type "Odoo" as your name.

  3. Retrieve Your API Key: Check your email for the API key sent by CrossClassify.

  4. Download and Install: To install the 'Smart Multi Factor Authentication' app from Crossclassify on Odoo 17, start by finding it on the Odoo App Store and downloading the package. Then, on your Odoo instance (the server where Odoo is installed), go to the 'Apps' menu, upload the package, and activate the app.

  5. Activate and Configure: Upload and activate the app in your Odoo instance, then configure using the provided API key.

The error might have been caused by incomplete setup of the form and attempting to log in without the required credentials. Please ensure that you have completed the setup with the credentials emailed to you. You can verify this by accessing the app dashboard and checking if your details are stored correctly.
