• This module helps the user to sell the products easily through odoo.
• This module helps to reduce the steps in sales quotation creation.
• This module helps in the automated validation of stock out.
• This module helps to create invoices within seconds.
• It simplifies the process of sales and helps to save time.

After installing the module

CHANGES

• A new feature button DIRECT SALES added to the sales quotation
• A new field JOURNAL was added to the sales quotation to select the journal for the sales.
• This feature helps to create invoice and automatic validation of stock out in one click.

DIRECT SALE SETTINGS

To sell a product directly the users need to enable some features in the direct sales settings

Sales >> configuration >> settings >> Direct sale

Under the direct sale settings, the user needs to check all four features and save the changes

The image shown below is an example direct sale features enabled by the user

Validate delivery order
This will help the user to confirm the Delivery order automatically. If the user wishes to confirm the delivery order automatically pls check in the Validate Delivery order.

Validate Invoices
This feature will help the user to create and validate invoices automatically. Therefore the user does not need to create and confirm the invoice after the sale quotation/ order.

Force transfer
This will helps in the automatic movements of goods and automatic validation of stock out.

Journal required
This feature will help the user to make journals mandatory in sales orders.

SALES QUOTATION

• Create a new sales quotation
• In the sales quotation, apply all the necessary details regarding the sales ;
  
• Customer
• Payment terms
• Expiration
• Product details
• Click on the Direct Sales button to sell the product

CUSTOMER INVOICE

Click on the Register Payment and make the payment

COPY OF CUSTOMER INVOICE
