Installation
- Download the module from the Odoo App Store or clone the repository.
- Place the module in your Odoo addons directory.
- Update your Odoo instance to include the new module.
- Install the module through the Odoo interface.
How to use this module:
- Navigate to the Project Scrum Management App in your Odoo dashboard.
- Create new project: Access to the Projects Menu: In the module, navigate to the Projects menu from the sidebar or the top menu.Create a New Project then fill the details.
- Create new sprint Releases: In the Scrum management module, Navigate to Scrum menu inside the project and select sprint releases and create new sprint releases and fill details and select project and other details.
- Assign product backlog: Navigate to the Scrum menu and select sandbox for sending the feature to selected sprints.click on send button to send the feature to selected sprint.
- Task Management: Navigate to the My tasks menu inside the project and create new task by selecting the sprint,sprint release and product backlog.
- Burndown and velocity charts: Navigate to Scrum menu inside the project and select velocity chart and see the completed story points.
- Daily Scrum Meetings: Navigate to the scrum meetings menu inside the scrum and create new meetings for selected project and add description.
