The admin user will configure the token interface, which requires setting up token sequences and departments. When a customer wants to generate a token, they must enter their details—such as name, mobile number, and select the desired service department. Upon clicking the "Get Token" button, they will receive an SMS confirmation, and a hard copy of the token will also be printed.

Installation
- Download the module from the Odoo App Store or clone the repository.
- Place the module in your Odoo addons directory.
- Update your Odoo instance to include the new module.
- Install the module through the Odoo interface.
How to use this module:
- Access the Module: Navigate to the Queue Management module on the Odoo dashboard. - Go to the Queue Management module.
- Token Sequences: - Go to Token Sequences → Token Sequences. - Click on the "New" button. - Enter the Token Sequence name and other details. - Click on the "Save" button. - After saving the Token Sequence, you can add use it in creating Token interface.
- Departments: - Go to Token Sequences → Department. - Click on the "New" button. - Enter the Department name. - Click on the "Save" button.
- Token Interface: - Go to Token Interface → Token Interface. - Click on the new button. - Enter the details. - Configure Printer Settings → Enable/Disable Printer Configuration. - Click on the "Save" button.
- Queue Counters: - Go to Queue → Queue Counters → New. - Create Queue Counters for selecting any department. - After Counter, use them for serving tokens on clicking call Next /Recall button.
- Queue Display: - Go to Queue Display → Queue Display. - Click on the Queue Display Then New button. - Enter Queue Display Name. - Select Counter/ Counters. - Click on the "Save" button. - A URL Automatically Created in Queue Dispay URL field. - Click on the URL and see the current serving Tokens.
- SMS Configuration: - Go to Settings → Queue Management. - Click on Enable SMS Notifications checkbox. - Enter the Twilio Account SID. - Enter the Twilio Auth Token. - Enter the Twilio from Token. - Click on the "Save" button.
