ODOO ZOOM INTEGRATION
Introduction
The Odoo-Zoom integration module in Odoo 17 provides a seamless connection between Odoo and Zoom, allowing users to manage Zoom meetings directly from within Odoo. This integration is beneficial for businesses that rely on virtual meetings and webinars

Workflow
- Configure the zoom meet account in companies' menu in Odoo general settings.
- Add Client ID and Client Secret Key in Odoo and add Meeting Scopes in Zoom Marketplace before clicking on the ‘Authenticate’ button.
- Once the Client ID and Client Secret Key are inputted and ‘Authenticate’ button is triggered, the user will be redirected to the Zoom Permission Page.
- Once the login is successful, the access token and authorization code will be automatically generated.
- In the Calendar Module, toggle the zoom meet field to get the ‘Invitations’, ‘Zoom Meet’ and ‘Zoom Meet Recording’ tabs.
- Once the meeting is scheduled, the zoom URL and code is auto generated.
- The scheduled meeting is listed in the ‘Meetings’ menu in the user`s Zoom profile.
- A Scheduled action runs automatically which moves the meeting to the completed state and capture the recordings.
- If the user uses Zoom Pro account, they can fetch recordings of the meetings and store it in the Zoom Meet Recordings tab.
