Mail SMTP Per User lets each Odoo user send emails through their own SMTP server. No more rejected emails due to SPF/DKIM mismatches. The module rewrites email headers to match the user's identity and optionally saves a copy in their Sent folder for full traceability.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why do my emails get blocked?
A: If Odoo sends from a shared SMTP but the From address is a different domain, SPF/DKIM checks fail. This module routes each user through their own SMTP server.
Q: Does each user need their own SMTP credentials?
A: Yes. Each user configures their own SMTP server with host, port, encryption (SSL/TLS), username, and password in their profile.
Q: What is the Sent Folder copy feature?
A: When enabled, a copy of every outgoing email is saved to the user's Sent folder on their email server via IMAP. Odoo does not do this by default.
Q: Can one user have multiple SMTP servers?
A: No. A unique SQL constraint ensures each user has exactly one SMTP server to prevent routing conflicts.
