Sales Quote Revision (Numbering and Revision History)

Sales Quote Revision (Numbering and Revision History): User Guide
Step 1:Salesperson Creates a Sales Quotation.
Logs into Odoo and creates a new quotation for a customer
Step 2: Click "Create Revision" Button
A new version of the quote is created (Revision 1 - R1).
The system saves the previous version automatically.
Step 3:Modify the Quotation (R1)
Salesperson updates prices, products, or terms.
Changes are saved and logged in the history.
Step 4: Create More Revisions (R2, R3, etc.)
Every time the salesperson clicks "Create Revision", a new revision is created.
The old versions stay saved in history for reference.
Step 5:View Revision History
Click the "Show Revised History" button to see all past versions.
Odoo displays revision numbers (R1, R2, R3, etc.) on the quote.
Step 6:Click to records
Display all the description of records
Step 7:Click to Quotations Setting Symbol
Download the Pdf
If Your Discount is display Zero Go to setting ->Sales->Pricing.
Right Click the Discounts checkbox
