Step-by-Step Configuration
1. Install Google Drive Integration Module
Install the Google Drive integration module in Odoo to enable external attachment storage.
2. Access Google Cloud Console
Open Google Cloud Console at https://console.cloud.google.com and select or create a project.
3. Enable Google Drive API
Enable the Google Drive API from the APIs & Services section in Google Cloud Console.
4. Configure Authorized Redirect URI
Add the authorized OAuth redirect URI required for OdooâGoogle Drive authentication.
5. Enable Google Drive Storage in Odoo
Activate Google Drive as an external storage option from Odoo settings.
6. Add Client ID and Client Secret
Enter the OAuth Client ID and Client Secret generated from Google Cloud Console.
7. Publish Application
Publish the OAuth consent screen so users can authorize Google Drive access.
8. Authorize Google Drive
Click the âAuthorize Google Driveâ button in Odoo to complete authentication.
9. Verify Google Drive Folder
Confirm that the Odoo attachments folder is automatically created in Google Drive.
