Text Modules in Account Documents
Apply reusable header and footer text modules directly on customer invoices.

Overview
Accounting teams can attach reusable text modules to customer invoices for header and footer positions. The text content is printed directly on the invoice PDF above the line items and at the bottom of the document.
The module adds an Invoice Text tab on the invoice form where the header and footer text module can be selected. It depends on the sale_text_module base module for the text module library.

Invoices often require a standard introduction text or a payment note at the bottom. Without this module, these texts must be added manually on each invoice or embedded in the report template, making updates difficult.

How It Works
- Create text modules under Sales → Configuration → Text Modules with Document Usage set to Invoice.
- Open a customer invoice and go to the Invoice Text tab.
- Select a text module for Invoice Header and/or Invoice Footer.
- Print or preview the invoice — the selected text appears on the PDF.

Installation
- Mount this module as an Odoo custom addon.
- Update the apps list in Odoo.
- Install the module from the Apps menu.
- The module
sale_text_modulewill be installed automatically.
