ActiveCampaign Integration voor Odoo
Synchroniseer Odoo CRM automatisch met ActiveCampaign — inclusief real-time offertestatus, tags en custom fields.
U gebruikt Odoo voor uw offertes en CRM, maar ActiveCampaign voor marketing automation. Zonder koppeling moet u contacten handmatig exporteren, mist u statuswijzigingen als trigger voor campaigns, en lopen uw systemen altijd achter op de realiteit.
Met deze module: elke statuswijziging in Odoo (offerte aangevraagd → verstuurd → gewonnen/verloren) triggert automatisch de juiste actie in ActiveCampaign. Geen handmatig werk meer.
Wat doet de module?
⚡ Real-time synchronisatie
Bij elke statuswijziging van een offerte wordt ActiveCampaign direct bijgewerkt. Geen wachten op een dagelijkse export.
🏷️ Automatische tags
De offertestatus wordt automatisch als tag ingesteld in AC:
Offerte - Aanvraag, Verstuurd, Gewonnen, Verloren
📝 Custom field synchronisatie
Koppel de offertestatus aan een configureerbaar custom veld in ActiveCampaign — gebruik het als segmentatiecriterium in uw campaigns.
👥 Contact export
Exporteer Odoo-contacten automatisch naar ActiveCampaign, inclusief koppeling aan lijsten en tags op basis van producten.
📋 Lijsten & tags
Configureer per product welke AC-lijst en tags worden gekoppeld bij een verkoop.
🔄 Dagelijkse cron
Automatische batch-export voor bulk-wijzigingen, met ingebouwde rate limiting voor de AC API.

Veelgestelde vragen
Worden statuswijzigingen echt real-time gesynchroniseerd?
Ja — bij enkelvoudige wijzigingen (één offerte tegelijk) wordt AC direct na het opslaan bijgewerkt. Bij bulkwijzigingen (bijv. 50 offertes tegelijk) verwerkt de dagelijkse cron deze om de AC API-limieten te respecteren.
Kan ik de tag-namen aanpassen?
In de huidige versie zijn de tag-namen vast (Offerte - Aanvraag, Verstuurd, Gewonnen, Verloren). Maatwerk voor andere namen is mogelijk — neem contact op via info@solumstudio.nl.
Werkt dit met bestaande AC-contacten?
Ja. Als een contact al bestaat in ActiveCampaign, wordt het bijgewerkt (niet duplicaat aangemaakt).
