Activity Multi Assignees
Description
This module is configured to allow adding multiple assignees in the 'Other Assignees' field for creating multiple activities.
Functionality
The Activity form has included a new “Other Assignees” field. This field is visible on all activity forms.
We can create multiple user scheduled activities using this 'Other Assignees' field.
If you set the Users in the Other Assignees field we can't add the same users in the odoo base “Assigned to” field and then if you add the same user it will appear a warning message see the below screenshots.
If the Odoo base 'Assigned to' field is already set, the same user will not be visible in the 'Other Assignees' field
The new activities are created for selected users. If you want to edit the activity, you can only modify the options for the 'Other Assignees' field for the respective users.
In the scheduled activity form, you can edit all fields except 'Other Assignees'.
Note: Odoo base Assigned to field, the same workflow will apply for the added new Other Assignees field in the Activity form.
