Employee Commission
The Advanced Sales Commission Management module is designed to streamline and automate the process of calculating commissions for sales employees based on predefined commission plans. This module extends Odoo's core functionality by integrating with both Sales Orders and Point of Sale (POS) orders, ensuring comprehensive coverage for all sales channels. This module is particularly useful for businesses that rely on commission-based compensation structures, allowing them to efficiently manage, calculate, and track commissions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Employee-Specific Commission Plans: Assign commission plans to individual employees or groups of employees. Each plan includes multiple commission rules that define how commissions are calculated based on product categories or specific products.
Flexible Commission Rules: Define percentage-based or fixed-amount commissions. Set maximum commission caps at both the rule level and the overall plan level to control payouts. Prioritize rules using a sequence field , ensuring the most relevant rule is applied first.
Automated Commission Calculation: Automatically calculate commissions based on Sales Orders and POS Orders within a specified date range. Detailed logging ensures transparency in how commissions are computed for each order line.
Comprehensive Reporting and Tracking: Generate detailed reports showing the total commission amount, number of eligible orders, and total items sold. Track the payment status of commissions (e.g., Paid/Unpaid) and record payment dates.
User-Friendly Wizard for Commission Generation: A dedicated wizard allows users to generate commissions for a specific period with ease. Pre-fill fields such as start date, end date, and commission plan for convenience.
Action Buttons for Enhanced Usability: Mark as Paid/Unpaid: Easily update the payment status of commissions. View Related Orders: Quickly access the sales and POS orders contributing to a commission calculation.
