🔗 Payment Link Options
For Sales Orders:
- Current Order - Generate payment link for the current order only
- All Orders - Include all orders for the customer
- Orders with Invoice - Only orders that have invoices
- Overdue Orders - All overdue orders requiring payment
For Invoices:
- Current Invoice - Generate payment link for the current invoice only
- All Invoices - Include all unpaid invoices for the customer
- Overdue Invoices - All overdue invoices requiring immediate payment
🚀 How It Works
- Open Sale Order or Invoice - Navigate to the sale order or invoice you want to request payment for.
- Click Payment Link Button - Click on the "Payment Link" action button to open the wizard.
- Select Payment Options - Choose which orders/invoices to include and select payment methods.
- Generate & Send Link - Generate the payment link and send it via email to the customer.
- Customer Pays Online - Customer receives the email, clicks the link, and completes payment.
- Automatic Reconciliation - Invoices are automatically reconciled after successful payment.
