Description
1. Enable Advanced Access Manager
Here is shown the Advanced Access Manager apps in the Dashboard that proofs these users have access on these module. And from that these users can enable disable access for other users.

2. Access Manager Dashboard
The dashboard shows all user roles and access groups. Rules only start working when you turn them on. Once active, these rules control what each user can do based on their assigned role and company.

3. Restrict Parent Menu Access
Hide or disable main menu options like Configuration to stop users from reaching sensitive settings. This keeps your system safe and ensures only authorized people can manage configurations.

4. Control Submenu Access
Stop users from opening specific menu items to protect important settings and data. This helps you keep your system organized and prevents unwanted access.

5. Restrict Field Access
Hide or lock specific fields like Salesperson and Sales Team to stop users from changing important order details. This ensures data accuracy and keeps control in the right hands.

6. Restrict Deletion
Stop users from deleting important records by removing the Delete option. This helps protect your data from being removed by mistake or without permission.

7. Restrict Tab and Button Access
Control user access to tabs like Other Info and buttons like Delivery or Invoices. This helps prevent unauthorized users from viewing or triggering sensitive operations.

8. Make Lines Read-Only
Prevent users from adding products, notes, or sections in the order lines by making this area read-only. This ensures users can view details without making unwanted changes.

9. Hide Chatter Section
Remove the messaging, notes, and activity panel to keep the interface clean and focused. This helps prevent users from sending messages or logging notes when it's not needed.

10. Limit Access for Multiple Users
Apply specific rules to hide both the product action buttons and the chatter section for certain users. This ensures that only authorized users can make changes or communicate within the record.

11. Disable Login Access
By enabling the “Disable Login” option, the selected user will no longer be able to log into the system. This helps restrict access without deleting the user account.
