"Auto Estimation of Manufacturing Cost for Multiple Products Based on Bill of Material"
This module helps you Estimate Manufacturing cost for multiple products at once
Description
Manufacturing Cost Estimation is the collection of methodologies and tools used to forecast the expected final cost of a manufactured product. This analysis enables manufacturers to make crucial decisions, such as identifying profitable products, selecting cost-effective suppliers, and determining which existing innovations required re-engineering to stay cost-effective.
The "Manufacturing Estimation" module developed by AGM Global Services LLP for the Odoo ERP, allows for the cost estimation of manufacturing multiple products. Also, users can estimate the cost for manufacturing products based on existing or new Bill of Materials.

Work Flow
After installing module, navigate to the CRM module
Select One Lead.
Click the "Estimate" Button
Here, can see the list of all estimations related to that particular person associated with selected Lead.
Click new if you want to create new estimation, or click an existing estimation.
Add the Products in the estimation lines that you want to estimate manufacturing cost.
Click Save.
After saving, Click on "Bill of Material" button of particular product in the estimation line.
Select an estimation Bill of Material from the list of Estimation BoM.
Click the Button "Load from Estimation" to load product list required for manufacturing the product.
You can change the quantity and unit of measure for manufacturing the product.
Total estimation cost will be calculated based on the total quantity required.
Click save, and go back to the Estimation.
Add the Profit and Fixed amount if you want, Cost will be estimated automatically based on the changes.
Loading product list required from Existing Odoo Bill of Materials.
Select one BoM from the list and click the button "Load from BoM" to load the product list, then go back to estimation.
Click on "New Quotation" to create a quotation based on the estimation.
The amounts are calculated based on the estimation. Click save.
Click the Sales menu to view all the Estimations and Estimation Bill of Materials
Click on the Estimation menu under Sales menu to view all the estimations.
Click on the Estimation BoMs under Sales menu to view all the Estimated Bill of Materials.
