Product History
This module helps keep your product records clear and consistent by automatically tracking and recording every change made in Odoo.
Overview
The "Product History" module developed by AGM Global Services LLP for the Odoo ERP, keeps a record every time a product is updated. All changes are automatically saved and displayed in a new History tab inside the product form. This helps users and managers easily track who made the changes and when, ensuring better control, accuracy, and transparency in product management.
Work Flow
1. After installing Product History Module, go to Inventory > Products > Products.
2. Select the product you want to modify.
3. Edit any product details (for example: Product Name, Price, or Category). Click on Save to apply the changes.
4. Go to the History tab on the same product form.
5. View the recorded details such as:
- Date and Time of change
- User who made the change
- Field changed
- Old Value
- New Value
