Restrict Sales Terms and Condition in Invoice
This module helps keep your invoices clean and consistent by removing unnecessary information from invoices created from sales orders.
Overview
The "Restrict Sales Terms and Condition in Invoice" module developed by AGM Global Services LLP for the Odoo ERP, helps businesses generate cleaner and more professional invoices. When an invoice is generated from a sale order, Odoo normally copies the narration (terms and conditions) field from the sale order to the invoice. With this module, that narration field is automatically removed  ensuring that only relevant invoice details are included. Itâs useful for companies that want to keep their invoices simple, professional, and free from sales terms or internal notes.
Work Flow
1. After installing Inter Terms Restrict Invoice Module, Go to Sales > Orders > Quotations and Create a new Sale Order.
2.Add Customer, Products and fill in the Terms and Conditions field.
3. Save and confirm the Sale Order.
4.From the confirmed Sale Order, click on Create Invoice.
5. Choose the invoice type (e.g., Regular Invoice, Down Payment, etc.) and click Create Draft.
6. In the generated invoice, the narration field will not appear â only essential invoice data is shown.
