Quick Installation

  1. Install Python dependencies: pip install langgraph langchain langchain_openai openai
  2. Copy the ai_customer_support_agent folder to your Odoo addons path.
  3. Update the apps list in Odoo (Apps โ†’ Update Apps List).
  4. Search for "AI Customer Support Agent" and click Install.
  5. Navigate to AI Support โ†’ Configuration โ†’ AI Settings and enter your OpenAI API Key.
  6. Start creating tickets and watch the AI handle categorisation and responses automatically.
