The Challenge
Why organizations need Contract Lifecycle & Renewal Manager
Auto-renewing contracts roll over for another year unnoticed — committing the business to vendor relationships, pricing, or terms that haven't been reviewed.
Contracts are tracked in shared spreadsheets or on personal calendars. When the owner leaves, contract renewal dates leave with them.

Create a contract.contract record for each agreement — customer, vendor, employment, or NDA. Set start date, end date, renewal notice period, and stakeholders.
System Monitors Expiry
The daily cron evaluates all active contracts. When a contract enters its notice window, state changes to Pending Renewal and email alerts fire automatically.
Renew or Terminate
Stakeholders review the contract during the notice window. Click Renew to create a new contract linked to the original, or Terminate to close it formally.
