Due Date Calculation
Step due dates are calculated from the employee's start date using configurable offsets — 'Day 1', 'Day 3', 'End of Week 1', etc.
Step-Level Completion
Each step is marked done individually, recording who completed it and when. Steps can require evidence attachments for compliance-sensitive tasks.
Completion Dashboard
HR can see all active onboarding checklists with completion percentage, overdue steps, and responsible parties — from a single dashboard view.
Multiple Templates
Different departments, roles, or locations can have different onboarding templates. Templates are reusable and version-controlled.

Configure Templates
Go to Employees → Onboarding Templates. Create templates with steps assigned to HR, IT, Manager, or Employee roles. Set day-offset due dates.
Hire the Employee
Create or import the new employee record normally. The system detects the new record and automatically launches the appropriate onboarding template.
Track to Completion
HR monitors the onboarding dashboard. Each department completes their assigned steps. Overdue items are highlighted. Completion percentage updates in real time.
