Allergy / Immunology
Run a full allergy and immunology service inside your hospital system. Longitudinal allergy cases with total IgE, eosinophils and tryptase; skin prick panels that auto-flag positives against the saline control; specific IgE results; oral food challenge logs; and an anaphylaxis register with Sampson grading â all tied to the patient chart.
dedicated clinical models: case, skin prick panel + lines, specific IgE, immunotherapy course, oral food challenge, anaphylaxis episode.
presenting conditions on the case form â rhinitis, asthma, food and drug allergy, venom, latex, immunodeficiency workup, mast cell activation and more.

What you get
Every feature below is live on the public demo — open hms.aminitechsolutions.com (login demo / demo) and walk it yourself.
One case file per allergic patient
Open a sequenced case (AL/2026/00001) with presenting condition, personal and family atopy history, total IgE (kIU/L), absolute eosinophils and serum tryptase. Cases move through Active workup, On immunotherapy, Controlled and Discharged, with full chatter tracking on every change.
Skin prick and intradermal panels that score themselves
Record histamine and saline controls, then enter wheal sizes per allergen line. The module flags each line positive using the standard rule â wheal at least 3 mm and at least 3 mm over the saline control â and keeps a stored positive count per panel, with technician and interpreting clinician on record.
Specific IgE and component results in the chart
Log specific IgE results per allergen alongside the skin prick data, so the clinician sees in-vitro and in-vivo evidence side by side before deciding on immunotherapy or a food challenge.
Build-up and maintenance cycles under control
Track each allergen immunotherapy course with its current dose and the worst WAO systemic-reaction grade observed â so dose escalation decisions are made on documented reactions, not memory.
Oral food challenges with dose-by-dose safety
Every OFC records the starting dose in milligrams and the cumulative dose at reaction, giving you a defensible record of exactly how far the challenge went and where it stopped.
Sampson-graded anaphylaxis episodes
A dedicated episode register captures Sampson severity grade and the number of epinephrine doses given. Combined with the printable allergy case report, you have an audit-ready trail for every severe reaction in the facility.

From install to first live workflow
Install AminiTech HMS: Allergy / Immunology. The HMS Base and Consultation apps it depends on are added automatically at checkout. Review access rights for your allergy team and confirm your staff records (technicians and interpreting clinicians) exist in HMS, so panels can be signed properly.
From Allergy / Immunology > Cases, open a case for a real patient, pick the presenting condition, then record a skin prick panel â enter controls and wheals and watch positives flag themselves. Roll out the remaining registers â Specific IgE, Immunotherapy, OFC and Anaphylaxis â and print the allergy case report for referrals and audits.
