Which apps does this module require?
It builds on AminiTech HMS Base, Consultation, Laboratory, Oncology, Theatre and Billing, plus standard Odoo product and mail. You do not need to install these by hand - required apps are added to your cart automatically at checkout.
Does it work on Odoo Community or only Enterprise?
Both Community and Enterprise (self-hosted or on-premise) are supported on Odoo 18. It is not compatible with Odoo Online / SaaS, because it ships custom models, crons and QWeb reports that SaaS does not permit.
Is the synoptic cancer report really CAP-grade?
The synoptic report template follows CAP / RCPath protocol structure, with TNM staging that auto-derives AJCC 8th ed. stage groups plus grade, margins and LVI / PNI fields. It is a reporting toolset, not an accreditation - your pathologists remain responsible for content and sign-out.
How is specimen and slide retention handled?
Every specimen carries chain-of-custody from receipt to sign-out, and paraffin blocks and glass slides are tracked with 10-year retention review per CAP recommendations. The daily retention cron only flags items - it never auto-discards anything.
