What does this module depend on? Do I have to install other apps first?
It depends on the AminiTech HMS base app plus standard Calendar, Mail and Web. All required apps are added to your cart automatically at checkout â install Scheduling Pro and the chain resolves itself.
Does it work on Odoo Community and Enterprise?
Yes â both Community and Enterprise editions of Odoo 18 are supported (on-premise or your own hosting). It is not available on Odoo Online/SaaS, since SaaS does not allow third-party modules.
What makes a booking 'atomic'? Can it double-book my MRI?
Every appointment type lists the resources it needs. The engine checks availability across all of them â including time blocks for maintenance and vacation â and reserves the full set in one transaction. If any resource is busy, nothing is booked, so equipment and rooms can never be half-reserved or double-booked.
How do Fast-Pass wait-list offers reach patients?
When a matching slot frees up, the next wait-list entry is auto-offered via WhatsApp or SMS, and acceptance is handled through a REST endpoint â the confirmed booking is created instantly with the Fast-Pass source tag.
Can my patient app or website book through this module?
Yes. REST endpoints are included for availability search, booking creation, Fast-Pass acceptance and utilization queries, and bookings record their source (online, kiosk, phone, API) for reporting.
