Demo Seed Bridge
One install, and your empty HMS database becomes a working hospital. Loads Nairobi Central Hospital â departments, role logins, patients, insurance, wards, beds, admissions and appointments â as regular data records. Evaluate, train and demo AminiTech HMS in minutes instead of days of manual setup.
Curated records across 15 models â facility, departments, staff, patients, visits, wards, beds, admissions and more.
Ready-made role users: doctor, nurse, pharmacist, lab tech and receptionist, each pre-assigned to the right HMS security group.
Numbered beds across 4 wards â General, Private Wing, ICU and Maternity â with floors, wings and nursing-station extensions filled in.
What you get
Every feature below is live on the public demo — open hms.aminitechsolutions.com (login demo / demo) and walk it yourself.
A complete facility, not lorem ipsum
Seeds Nairobi Central Hospital as an hms.facility with license number, regulator and linked company partner, plus four clinical departments â Outpatient, Emergency & Accident, Pharmacy and Laboratory â each coded and wired to the facility exactly as a real deployment would be.
Five staff users you can log in as
Creates a doctor, nurse, pharmacist, lab technician and receptionist as real res.users, each already placed in the matching HMS security group. Switch logins to show exactly what each role sees â perfect for access-control demos and staff training.
Patients with real clinical context
10 patients come with allergies, chronic conditions and 3 insurance policies attached, plus 3 visits and 5 appointments already on the calendar â so registration, triage and scheduling screens open with meaningful data on day one.
An inpatient floor plan that works
4 wards (General, Private Wing, ICU, Maternity) with floor, wing and nursing-station phone details, 20 coded beds, 7 admissions and a bed transfer â enough to exercise the entire admit â transfer â discharge flow in the Ward app.
Loads on live and demo-flagged databases
Everything ships in the module's data files (noupdate), not Odoo's demo-data mechanism â so it installs on databases created without the demo flag, which is exactly where most evaluations happen. An xmlid alias file keeps references stable.

From install to first live workflow
Install AminiTech HMS Demo Seed Bridge from Apps. Its dependencies â HMS Base and HMS Ward â are pulled in automatically. Open HMS and confirm Nairobi Central Hospital appears with its 4 departments, 10 patients, 4 wards and 20 beds.
Log in as one of the 5 seeded role users (doctor, nurse, pharmacist, lab tech, receptionist) and run an appointment, visit or ward admission end to end. When evaluation is done, uninstall the bridge on your production database and start entering real facility data â the seed is for demo and training environments.
