Extends the base Push Attendance module with advanced device management

| ❷ | Sync Users Wizard — Choose sync mode (all, selected, by department, new, or modified), pick target devices, and synchronize users with their biometric data. |
| ❸ | Transfer Biometric Wizard — Select source device, pick users, choose target devices, and transfer fingerprints & face data with auto-create & overwrite options. |
| ❹ | Command Queue — All operations are queued with priority levels. Track sent, acknowledged, executed, and failed commands with automatic retry and error logging. |
