Salesperson

  • Can see only their own positions
  • Can update but not create positions
  • Can sign confirmed positions
  • Limited read-only access to responsibilities

Team Leader

  • Can see positions for salespeople in their team
  • Can create and update positions but not delete
  • Can activate responsibilities and get balances
  • Has access to the Responsibilities menu

Administrator

  • Has full access to all records
  • Can delete positions and responsibilities
  • Can set confirmed positions back to draft
  • Complete configuration access
