A focused collections cockpit for overdue customer invoices. See who owes what, tick the invoices you want to chase, then send a reminder e-mail and/or print a branded overdue statement letter — one per customer. Tested on Odoo 18 Community & Enterprise.

Built for finance / collections teams that need an explicit, audit-friendly way to chase receivables: a portfolio of overdue invoices, one-click bulk reminders from an editable e-mail template, and a professional statement PDF — with a reminder trail kept on every invoice.

Three Tools, One Screen

Overdue Dashboard

Every posted customer invoice past its due date and not fully paid — with overdue-days badge, amount due, an e-mail indicator, and a checkbox per row.

Filter by due-date range, overdue age, customer, branch & company. Paginate + export XLSX.

Bulk Email Reminders

Tick the invoices, hit Send Reminders. One e-mail per customer, listing that customer's selected overdue invoices.

Editable mail.template — you own the wording & branding. Optionally attach the statement PDF.

Statement Letter (PDF)

A formal "Outstanding Overdue Invoice" letter: recipient block, document no. (No Surat), a Due / Paid / Outstanding table, Total Amount Due & terbilang.

One page per customer — print a whole selection in one go.

How It Works

  1. Open Invoicing → Customers → Overdue Follow-up.
  2. Filter by due date / overdue age / customer / branch, then Apply.
  3. Tick the invoices to chase (or use the header select-all).
  4. Send Reminders → review the per-customer preview, choose whether to attach the PDF, and send. (Or Print Statement for the PDF only.)
  5. Each invoice records the reminder date and bumps its reminder counter.
