If the client will reply to the message will it appear somewhere in Odoo ?

I did all steps described but isn´t connect to the server. Please, can you help me? I´ve klikodoo.id account, I got keys, but after scan QR code remaing without connection. I would like to use this app. Can you help me?

Problem registering
I'm trying to log in to klikodoo.id, but I can't. I think there's something wrong with it. It says it's sending me the OPT email or something like that, but I'm not getting anything. I'd like to try the module. What should I do?
