Accounting Budget Management
Plan, Monitor, and Control Your Organizationâs Budgets
This module allows you to create, manage, and track budgets directly within Odoo Accounting. It simplifies financial planning, helps control expenses, and ensures your budgets align with business goals.
Key Features:
- Creating Budget: Go to Accounting > Accounting > Budgets > New to create a new budget.
- Budget Records: View all budget records in a list view for quick reference.
- Create Budgetary Positions: Navigate to Accounting > Configuration > Budgetary Positions to set them up.
- List View of Budgetary Positions: Easily view and manage all budgetary position records.
- Budget Form View: Add budget records and budgetary positions directly in the form.
- Budget Report: Access budget performance reports at Accounting > Reporting > Management > Budgets.
Create a New Budget
Navigate to Accounting > Accounting > Budgets > New to set up your budget.
Budgetary Positions Setup
Go to Accounting > Configuration > Budgetary Positions to define positions.
Budget Reports
Access detailed budget reports from Accounting > Reporting > Management > Budgets.
Usage:
After installing the module, navigate through the Accounting menu to create budgets, configure budgetary positions, and monitor budget performance via reports.
