Automate Purchase Orders with Recurring Agreements
This module allows you to create and manage Recurring Purchase Order Agreements in Odoo. It enables businesses to automate the generation of purchase orders for repeated procurement needs, saving time and ensuring that no agreement is missed.

Menu For Viewing and Creating Recurring Order Agreements
Fill in the agreement details and add products to the Agreement Order Line.
Create Recurring Purchase Agreement
Fill in the agreement details and add products to the Agreement Order Line.
Generate Initial Purchase Order
Click Generate Initial Order to create the first purchase order from the agreement.
View and Manage All Orders
Access all generated purchase orders via the smart button on the agreement form.
Create Next Year Orders with One Click
Generate all next yearâs purchase orders instantly without re-entering details.
The Number of Orders are increased.
View all next yearâs.
Initial and Next year Orders.
All orders generated including Initial and Next year Orders.
Renew Agreement
If prolongation type is Renewable, use the Renew Agreement button to extend it.
Usage:
After installing the module, create a Recurring Purchase Agreement, add products, generate the initial order, and use the smart button to track and create future orders.
